but in a good way. not in a weird, cliché way. In a think-outside-the-already-outside-box type of way. I develop and execute on concepts from beginning to end, and aim to induce a "wow I love that!' reaction.
An iOS app to help real estate professionals manage their business.
Side project I took on during my process of teaching myself software engineering. Available on iOS app store.
During my final year at UCLA, I took on a full-time sales role where I was told to "build relationships and make deals happen."
I built some relationships, sold some commercial real estate, and became the Top Agent in our class of 50.
Internships
Supported four senior partners in building relationships for a $1B+ fund. Also got to pick where the office ate (almost) everyday.
Worked with relationship managers on prospecting, and on the analysis side of financing medium sized enterprises <$2B in revenue. Ate a lot of Panda Express and Mendocino Farms.
Made pretty PowerPoints and did lots of financial modeling in Excel. Our team was international, so I didn't sleep much during this internship.
Eric is a product and marketing specialist with a background in relationship building roles. He loves sitting at the intersection of creativity and technology, and is always on the search to build great products with amazing design.
He is a strong believer that anyone can do anything, and that the most important step in every journey is to just take the first one.
His favorite quote is from the founder of RobinHood, "Everything around you, everything that exists is built by people, a lot of whom aren't smarter or more capable than you. A big step is just deciding you're going to do it."
Outside of work and writing cliché bios, he can be found surfing, planning his next solo travel destination, and trying to think of what to eat, before finally deciding to get the same thing for the 10th day in a row.
